Updates about the beta, what families can use today and what we are evaluating next.
CRMO Care is becoming FlarePath
CRMO Care has a new name. FlarePath remains focused on helping people and families affected by CNO/CRMO keep a clearer record between appointments.
The name gives the project room to support other conditions in the future, but the current beta remains CNO-focused. Existing accounts and previously recorded information carry over.
Guided CNO check-ins
The current check-in provides a structured way to record pain, symptoms and how the day has been affected. Families can also add context in their own words.
We are reviewing the length and burden of the check-in before adding more questions or expanding it to other conditions.

Health Reports
Health Reports bring recorded information together over a selected date range.
The current report includes:
- Average reported pain
- Check-in rate and data coverage
- Recorded fever episodes
- Reported functional impact
- Pain and functional-impact trends
- A shareable PDF matching the in-app report

Record an entry by speaking and review the structured information before it is saved.

With everyone’s permission, capture an appointment and review a draft summary afterward. Audio is deleted after processing.

What we’re working on
A shorter CNO experience
We are reviewing which questions are useful enough to earn a place in the routine check-in. The immediate goal is a simpler CNO-focused experience—not a longer form.
Better visit summaries
We are gathering feedback from families and clinicians about which information belongs in the report and how much can be reviewed during a typical appointment.
Future condition support
We are researching how FlarePath might eventually support JIA, periodic-fever syndromes and chronic pain. These condition-specific experiences are not currently available.
